Florida A&M University Football Team Speaker Series

We had the pleasure of speaking to the FAMU Football Team as part of their Speaker Series. We covered topics from how to choose your employer, benefits beyond pay, and bringing your authentic self to work while knowing your audience. Coming from a HBCU, the demographic of the room will not look like the representation of the campus. You will need to stand on the pillars they embody as a team, as well as prove yourself in the workforce as you do in practice to gain playing time. In everything, determine your why when charting your path.
